From CAP current revision, item 9.6, bring out materials, equipment and disposable items required only S/H level upward to approve/sign in gate pass. The current revision has been changed from past practice and it is not allow senior staff to approve (return and/or without return).

However, to compile with the written procedure and engage responsibility to the senior staff who is involved on such activity. It is agreed in the EN S/H meeting today that we need all initiator (senior/sup/junior) to sign initial prior getting approval by S/H.

Then, if there is any need for bringing out material/equipment (return and/or without return), I would request the responsible inspector to sign initial prior sending to me.
