Dr. Seuss created a book that every single person can read with only a small knowledge of words. One Fish, Two Fish, Red Fish, Blue Fish is one of the very few books that has been read by the majority. I believe I haven’t found someone who hasn’t read the classic.Yes, the story doesn’t contain the greatest amount of logic, if I remember correctly right after Dr. Seuss finish talking about fish, he goes into talking about the few that run for fun in the hot, hot sun and then it goes into the number of feet and fingers a person has. The story is obviously not supposed to make logical sense, we have to remember that it’s still a children's book, but one of the book's main purpose is to engage the reader to continue reading and to ask what will happen next in the unpredictable text. There are many books that were started and ended before I could get to the end because the book does not have me into its story.
