Competitive Advantage:
We are more affordable than our competitors, Belton Christian Youth Center (BCYC). We will provide professional Christian athletes in our center that BCYC does not have. We will have an indoor pool and weight room, which are also things that BCYC does not have. Lastly, we will have home cooked meals, such as, spaghetti, ribs, Mexican food, Italian food, Chinese food, and more.
Pricing and Fees:
After school care, will be from 3:00pm to 6:00pm. The cost for after school care (for each participant) will be $5 per day, $10 per week, and $50 per month. We will also provide “family packs”, our family packs are for families with 3 or more children. Those prices are $15per day, $20 per week, and $75 per month for after school

As of today, they are the only youth center in Belton, so, they will be our only direct competition. Our indirect competitors will be Summerfun, Grande Avenue Theatre, and Planet Fitness.
How our products and services will be better than our competition: We will have a more affordable place that the youth and young children can go to. We will offer more programs, events, and activities than BCYC. We will also have an indoor pool and weight room. Both of those things BCYC does not have. We will also have professional athletes who will come and talk to the participants.
Strategy:
Promotion: Our main focus for advertising will be through social media and through apps on the cellphone. We believe that most people (especially the youth and young kids) pay a lot of attention to their cellphones. So, if that’s where the attention is, then that is the place where we need to focus most of our advertising and promotions on. Our next method would be by word of mouth, which we will rely on our customers and employees to spread the word about our organization. Lastly, we will pay for flyers to handout to people and other business in Belton that will allow us to advertise in their

We came up with these numbers because to create an app is about $50-$100 and to pay for ads to be placed on social networks in the central Texas area is pretty high. The start off prices include the flyers, brochures, app, social media ads, small signs, etc. Our ongoing cost for advertising and promotion, will be about $1,000-$2,000 because we believe that we will not need to advertise as much once we grow as a business. During this time we will only pay for the upkeep of the app, flyers, brochures, small signs, and

Shaquille O'Neal once said, "There are seven days in the week and someday isn't one." Without a YMCA most likely kids will say, "Oh I'll be able to practice someday," and they won't because they don’t have anywhere to practice. Most kids are never able to practice the sport or things they love and that causes them to never even get the chance to achieve their dreams. The community of Otto-Eldred should consider building a YMCA. First of all, a YMCA would be a good way to keep people active and healthy.…

To this end, as Kope (2014) describes, “the PLAY program is designed to use sport, recreation, and leadership activities to promote and enhance youth and community development” (pp. 23).…

In this advertisement that I have created we see a very high end club with a male and female model in it asking if “we want to come party with him and her”. Notice the male is shirtless showing off his aesthetic body in this advertisement and the female is barley clothed showing off some distinct features as well. Clubs now a days pay models to come to the club so they can take pictures of them at the club and hand out flyers with the model on them in their club. In this advertisement I used two of Jib Fowls psychological appeals he talks about in Advertising’s 15 Basic Appeals.…
