Butterfly Effect Research Paper

Have you ever heard of the butterfly effect; well it is a concept that states "small causes can have larger effects". Now this is only a concept, but it makes a lot of sense in the way that if you decide that you want to skip school one day and do something illegal, like drugs, then that tiny decision you made could drastically change your life forever. The smallest decision could have the biggest impact on someone, and in my case, completely change my life. When I decided to make a schedule and set goals for myself each week, i became more positive, less stressed, received better grades, became more organized, and just overall had a healthier mindset. A schedule that has all the task you have to accomplish in a week or even a month makes you become more organized and helps you become less stressed about your workload. Well when i decided i would have short term goal each that i would try to accomplish each week or month my life changed. I've been doing this for about two years and i have accomplished so many goals. Some of the goals that i had accomplished were: get a job, apply to colleges, get a car, make more friends, make time to join a club, and receive better grades. Setting goals for myself helped me see what i really wanted an how much work i had to put in to accomplish these goals. Knowing whether something is right or wrong is very difficult, but i knew i had made the right choice. Having a better sleep schedule, better grades, having less stress, becoming happier, and living a more positive life are some of the things this decision changed.
