i. Research is one more, afresh. Research is finding information about particular thing that you have to do and process of asking question and answering by a survey or experiment in an organized way. For example, you have to do a project on international company for that project you are finding all kind of information about the particular company and sometime we have to go to the company ask them about the company information and getting answers to the questions. ii. In my opinion, this case study there are three data collection method used which are survey, observation and the experiment.

There are two types of research basic research and applied research. Basic research is a research which conducted mostly for the improvement of knowledge, and research which does not have immediate profitable prospective this is called basic, pure, essential research. Main aim is to conduct with a support of some financing agency like the national government, public corporation, World Bank, UNICEF, Etc. For example: improve agriculture corporation production, treat a specific disease, improve the energy efficiency of homes, offices, and how we can communicate among workers in large companies which can be
