UCM:CPSW did a home visit and met with Landen and Mr. Keith. Landen was playing with his toys during the visits and watching children cartoon. Also, at times he was playing with his father Keith. CPSW asked Mr. Keith who is living with him. He stated that he is living alone with his child. Mr. Keith stated that he is planning to keep Landen with him until Ms. Fait stays sober. He reported that they are not together. This worker asked Mr. Keith the reason he did not complete random UA's. He stated that he has been busy with work and was not able to complete UA's. CPSW told Mr. Keith his participation is important and if he does not participate the case will be changed to court case. CPSW assigned again UA color Orange and requested Mr. Keith
