The emphasis for the anticipation of the requirements of the stakeholders is essential as a main component for external analysis. The firms which come up a philosophy related to total quality management are better prepared to meet the challenge for the competing in the global market. Each experience for firms is unique concerning strategic management, and this reflects the culture of the organization and the style of management. However, the experience in the corporate sector indicates a pattern as concerns implementation and evaluation. This resonates with the thesis strategic management plans in a large corporation like Dish is highly reliant on measurement and evaluation efforts during and after the implementation phase.
