“Ethics: What’s Hot?“ is a well-delivered discourse that emphasized the certainty that ethics does matter. In times of unscrupulous government and greedy businesses, it does not mean that business ethics is obsolete. Ethical standards still have a pragmatic place in the business setting no matter what era and venue. Why does it really matter? I’m a strong advocate that everything in business and personal life come down to trust. Once reputation is damaged, it may be hard to repair.

Ethics is applicable to all whether one is CEO, manager, engineer, operator or a front-liner. Ethics is important to know more about and be married into the culture of every organization. Even though we are stormed with the government corruption and mysteries

Mansibang strikes the readers straight to the heart, mind and conscience with regards to ethics. He reminds us to be logical, rational and most notably ethical. Scholastically written, the initial article reiterated the principle of moral values and its relationship to moral imagination and ethical justifications. When no law abides, ethical decisions and moral decisions resides. An ethical man chooses the better right when the choice is between good versus good and the dilemma on doing the right thing arises. I myself face ethical issues that challenged my logical and ethical justification. I have worked with glory grabbers and tyrants where these people toothed their horns yet have forgotten the orchestra that accompanied them turning ‘We’ to simply ‘I’ and these people disregard ideas from persons they favor the least. Their lack of ethics and morality is the reason these people seem to be ruthless and relentless in which these individuals were born to do anything to succeed, and they don’t have the conscience that impedes the rest of us. It made me reminisced the times I was preoccupied with worldly culture and landed myself in hot water. My grade school sibling needed to read a book and have someone to react and sign.
