The struggle comes from the technical aspect of the making the beer. The employees value the product they make, and they felt that the term “folly” would undermine the science behind the production of their quality beer and the energy it required to sustain excellence. (Ferrell, Hartline, 2014). Thankfully, the employees soon realized that the essence of the culture of the company was folly. Joseph Campbell, an American writer and lecturer, said “follow your bliss and don’t be afraid, and doors will open where you didn’t know they were going to be,” and NBB does just that. Over the years NBB has been able to stay true to their core values and philosophy by running a green company, being socially responsible, and making a great craft beer.

In the Arms of the Angel When a person is affected emotionally by something, these feelings cause them to act drastically beyond their own judgement.
