Ever since Beacon Vale Community Frail Care Centre was established in Michelle’s Plain in the course of 1995 their main form of advertisement was word of mouth, for example people in the community of Michelle’s Plain that are in need of their services are not aware that Beacon Vale exists. These people ended up going to places outside Michelle’s Plain.
