This case competition allowed senior business majors the opportunity to apply their knowledge and concepts learned in their business courses to a real world case for Target Corporation. It was mutually beneficial for both them and me in that I also had the opportunity to learn from them and share some of the knowledge that I have gained while pursuing my Masters of Business Administration. I was able to ensure that the students not only highlighted issues that they identified as problems, but also provide some professional advice on how they could make their solutions more impactful.
