The reporting party (RP) stated on 2/12/16 her daughter (would not provide name) obtained a peanut butter cracker from a client during lunch. The RP was informed the staff person assigned to the lunch table was heating a lunch at the microwave oven. Consequently, the daughter is highly allergic to peanuts and went into anaphylaxis. The facility administered an EpiPen to no avail therefore the facility contacted emergency services. According to the RP the client was rushed to the hospital where had to be intubated. The RP stated the client's Individual Program Plan (IPP) states the client requires 100%
