I don’t actually think that there will be some good fast-food company would like to purchase its franchise with a good price. So keep develop in Canada seems the most practicality.
Recommendation
As my personal recommendation, I prefer to suggest that Chez Cora keep develop in Canada than develop to the U.S. Because in Canada, there are still a lot of place which is new to Chez Cora, if Cora want to develop the property in there, they still need do the marketing and planning. The one thing different with develop in U.S. is they don’t need to change their store schedule and their menu style. The Chez Cora can keep their own style if they keep develop in Canada, because they don’t get that big competitor like IHOP in Canada.
And if they still want develop in the U.S. they can try to develop the property in the boundary of U.S. and Canada to see the American’s adaptation. For example like Niagara Falls, Windsor, etc.
