The item was shipped late, and arrived with 21 days. Duties were incurred which increased the total amount spent, and to return customers must cover the cost of the shipping and duties.
Along the way it was if the item was lost. The item was unable to be tracked, and there was no way to get in contact with associates at ASOS.
