Asking our employees to do mini-interviews with our customers to get closer to them, find new needs and after all, create loyalty, we came across a problem. With the time given to make interviews, they didn't deliver anything useful. Using the McGregor's X theory we wanted to direct their behaviour to do better so In the end of the year, we could make an analysis which will include all the important factors affecting the business. In our case, all mini-interviews will show how the business got better or worse and according to the results, make a percentage that will be added or removed from the salary of the employees. On the other hand, using the Y theory we could motivate them by offering promotions to the best employes.
