Everyone has his own way of receiving and understanding information. There is a difference between the learning style of a student and the teaching style of an instructor, The student has difficulty in learning that leads to poor performance. The administrators Increased interest for these differences in learning style on all levels to improve the preparedness of their graduates for practice. Learning styles can affect the workforce.
