A restaurant builds their reputation on the people that eat at their business. Certainly, they spend a lot of time and effort building that positive reputation with the public. Perhaps, they've received hundreds of positive reviews over the years. However, one customer decides to leave a negative comment about their food and service on Yelp that completely destroys the reputation that they've spent several years building. Unfortunately, this happens more than you might imagine. Is there a way to bury negative press about a business that surfaces online?
