It has been fantastic to hear Beate tell stories from her own life not as having overcome all the struggles, but rather that a good mindset combined with practical tools will help to solve many of the difficult situations we will always encounter throughout our lives. This mindset is one of the key insights from the course and something I will work on developing in the future. Regardless of how much we fight all problems, there will always be something on the horizon. To cultivate this motivation, as well as provide support and share insights, some of the course participants agreed to meet regularly for support and inspiration. When I go through the seventeen methods listed on my Action Plan, I really want to incorporate all of them into my daily life. Therefore, I plan to go through my notes during the course and focus one a new topic at a time. Perhaps by the end of this summer, these notes will have lost their meaning because the ideas are already wired into my brain. Quite possibly, my motivation might change before that, which is fine: it is important to find a balance between persistence and
