I responded to Burger King (1801 W Glen Pk Ave) for a report of a battery that occurred last night at that location.

Upon arrival, I made contact with Julissa Brink and Erik Dalton. Brink stated last night at approximately 12:40 AM she was jumped by a known subject. Brink stated she had just got through closing down the restaurant. Brink stated she walked out of the restaurant to go to her car. Brink stated as she was walking out to her car she observed Cassie Lee walking from behind the Shades of Time bar. Brink stated she attempted to go back into Burger King. Brink stated Lee grabbed her from behind and threw her to the ground. Brink stated Lee then started punching her repeatedly in the head and face. Brink stated this caused her pain …show more content…
I photographed the injuries and entered them into the case sheet.

I then spoke with the manager at Burger King and observed the security footage from last night. The footage began at 12:35 AM. I observed Brink exit the west entrance to the store. I observed Brink walk to her car in the parking lot. I then observed a black SUV pull up behind the south side of Shades of Time. I observed a female subject exit the SUV and begin walking at fast pace towards
Brink. I then observed Brink turn around and walk back towards the door to
Burger King. The female subject then ran towards Brink and grabbed her. I observed the female subject to pull Brink to the ground. I observed the female subject repeatedly punch Brink in the head and body. The female subject then slammed Brink's head into the side of Burger King. The female subject is then observed kicking Brink before fleeing back towards Shades of time. I then observed the female subject get into the passenger side of the Black SUV. The
SUV then fled north out of view of the camera. I advised the manager to burn
