Bullying is never right and it is not cool. Using the internet to bully someone is called cyber bullying and sadly this is becoming a huge problem in today’s schools. Identifying and what makes a bully a bully. The consequences for bullying can be disastrous for the victims and perpetrators. Children should be charged criminally for bullying because of the effects that can lead to suicide, depression, and such charges could decrease the crime seriousness. The happening of damaging children with being bullied by others should be a crime and many people may think it’s not serious until it happens to their own children or member. Bullying should be charged with assault, reckless endangering, and restraint also such punishment as jail time, …show more content…
The acts of bullying are often invisible to adults, parents and teachers are often completely unaware that bullying is occurring. Bullying is connected to many issues that lead to depression which can lead to self-harm. School performances, social status with peer’s sexual orientation, and problems at home can affect on how a person with depression feels. Untreated depression can lead to self-harm, reckless behavior, and suicide. Depression also has its emotional part of feeling hopeless or worthless. Often times people may not understand the extent of what someone is going through until it’s too late. A majority of people who is being bullied often blame themselves for the bully actions. Luckily there are some people who are caring enough to step up and help those who are in need. Depression can happen at any age for any reason and we all sometimes experience depression differently. One thing that is consistent and is text book is that depression robs people of their joy. Some depression is temporary something bad may happen and usually people get over it and move on and feel better. Depression needs to be managed properly because depression is an illness it effects people minds and it also effects one’s body, in like any other illness you treat it. The problem of treating depression it is no one dose that would fix it everyone responds differently.
