21% of students from 12-18 get bullied. Bullying is everywhere in school. Schools report bullying, but some report it as if a person was tardy to class. The many ways of bullying are cyber bullying, verbal and physical. Cyberbullying is the easiest way because nobody knows who the bully is. Bullying should be taken more seriously by schools, like more than just documenting it.

At MPS there was a girl trying to taze another girl, but didn’t get suspended or anything. My point is schools don’t do much about bullying. Bullying in schools happen almost daily because the schools don’t do much about it so bullies think it’s ok. There’s 3 types of bullying verbal, social and physical (“stop bullying”). Verbal bullying is name calling, teasing, etc. Social bullying is talking bad about someone behind their back to ruin their social life. Physical bullying is fights, pushing, tripping, etc. But schools report these bullying situations but don’t do anything after that (“ Scared at school”). Approximately 160,000 students skip school everyday because of bullying (“11 facts about bullying”). 1 in 4 teachers see nothing wrong with bullying and will only intervene 4% of the time (“11 facts about bullying”).
