How can bullying in schools be prevented
Have you ever been bullied or the bully? Studying while being bullied is not easy. There are serious consequences, the victim and the bully have a psychological impact, and unfortunately, these effects are not just a “primary middle high school” effect. Besides all that, they tend to keep what starts happening to them, like the loss of attention in classes, the development of a low self-esteem, or the thought of being alone or depressed. “Students who experienced are both targets of bullying and engage in bullying behavior are at a greater risk for both, mental health and behavior problems than students who only bully or are only bullied”, says in some statistics done by the Center of Disease Control in the 2015.

But, the important cause here is by bullying while in school. When a student is often said that is not worth anything, the kid starts to develop certain hate towards themselves. The victims feel humiliated or harassed at some point, and there is a fine line between both. When the bully crosses that fine line, is often done because of race, ethnicity, disability, etc. There are serious consequences about this, like suicides, drug addiction, among others. It exists a link between bullying and suicide, but it does not always mean that the victim will commit these atrocity for having a low self-esteem. This link is mostly because bullying leads to feeling of hopelessness, which can contribute to the thoughts of committing suicide. Children should be educated about bullying to make them understand that suicide is not a solution. Friends and family should start helping those kids to level their self-esteem, so they can avoid these
