If you saw bullying, what do you think you would do? Would you just stand by and let it happen, take part in it, or maybe try and stop it? A lot of people will just stand by and let it happen because they don 't want to be the next target for the bully. Bullying in schools is believed to be a normal part of school life, however, when people begin to think this way, they forget bullying is physically and emotionally harmful to both the bully and the victim. One of the types of bullying is physical bullying.This type of bullying includes: spitting, shoving, and even hitting. It is considered physical bullying if the same victim is targeted repeatedly, the bully or bullies tend to hurt, embarrass, or intimidate the victim. The actions occur in a situation with a real imbalanced power. There are signs to look for if someone is being physically bullied. They come home with unexplainable cuts and bruises, they often lose things that they take to school, and often try to get out of going to school. They have moods wings including anger and sadness, and also talk about suicide. Another type of bullying is verbal bullying. In this type of bullying, the bully tries to verbally upset the victim through taunting and teasing. It may be focused on the victims appearance, skin color, or even lifestyle choices. With verbal bullying, the goal is still to put down the victim, while making the bully look and feel powerful. Verbal bullying is most likely to happen between girls. It can affect someone 's self-image and affect someone in an emotional and psychological ways. Another type of bullying is emotional bullying. It is the most common for people in a relationships to experience bullying because they try to make their partner feel bad about about themselves.
