Bullying is created by the school culture that the student creates amongst each other. There are many type of bullying that happens at school and even in adults life. Bullying is a very controversial topic because many will say that people that get bullied should just have a stronger back bone. But where does the bullying really derive from and who creates it? Bullying is not something that just magically appeared in society one day and led to people to harm themselves or others around them. Bullying happens because of the state of mind that the bully is in. The cultural background they grow up in and the environment they live in and the adults on school sites influence the students behavior. Administration influence and holds the school as a whole because of the relationship there is between everyone. The school culture is created when the students and staff are involved with each other how much importance teachers and administration care and worry for there students. In Emily Bazelon you can see there were different school cultures for each type of bullying at each school with the students. which in this categories this form of bullying and school culture leads to creating cliques to have more popularity among each other. The type of violent bullying that happens with girls and boys is different because for each person is different. For a boy getting into a physical fight will be considered bullying and very aggressive but for a girl hurting another peer will be psychology hurting them. Which when a girl hurts a person is still form a violence because they still know that there hurting the other person. The issue of having a bad school culture that creates different types of bullying is making the person feel like popularity
