One might have low self-confidence or maybe like they cannot live up to the other students expectations. When I was bullied I felt so worthless and like I did not matter. The things one said and done to me was unheard of. I would have to text my mom during class and tell her to call the school so I could leave. Thankfully I was able to walk away in confidence, sadly some do not. Bullying can push certain people to their limits, even to harming themselves. While being a victims never did I hit this stage but I know some students that did. One of my piers ended up having to leave school early because of an incident that happened. She eventually had to drop all her classes and move to a different school. Depression is another affect that bullying has one someone. Since I was bullied at school, and was always taught to stand up for myself, I did not know how to do that anymore. My parents paid for me to go to counseling, which I would recommended to anyone. The effects that one action can cause is terrible. Some main risk factors can include how someone feels about themselves, it might push one to their limits, and depression. In spite of all the risk of bullying, the effects of bullying can change someone life for forever. In reality society does not see what causes bullies to do the things they do. They might get awarded for their actions, not care how others feel, or come from a dysfunctional family. However, bullying is something that can be changed and does not have to be temporary.
