The purpose of this paper is to evaluate the evidence or to interpret and disseminate the findings of the two articles on the topic of bullying and impact on nursing retention.
The articles I selected as most evidence-appropriate are “New graduate nurse transition programs: Relationships with bullying and access to support” by Kathy Rush, Monica Adamack, Jason Gordon and Robert Janke and “Bullying: a hidden threat to patient safety” written by Joy Longo and Debra Hain.
