Bullying cannot be explained, it can only be experienced. Everyone is a victim of bullying, I was a victim of bullying. Never did I imagine being one of the many that has had to deal with this. Bullying occurs all across the United States, but most do not realize the causes and effects it has on certain students. Bullies choose to bully because they get awarded for their actions, they do not care how others feel, or they might come from dysfunctional families. With a cause there is always can effect, sadly these are not good effects. Bullying effects how one feels about themselves, it might push others to their limits, and depression. There are several causes of bullying and why the bully commits certain actions among piers. Bullies get awarded for the action they chose to do to others. A bully does not realize how hurtful actions and words can be towards someone. Most say a bully is oblivious to his or her actions. This actually happened to me as a junior in high school. I was bullied by several of my close friends at school, little did they know what they were saying and doing was very hurtful. This went on for about 3 months, I dreaded school every single day. Bullies often give off a careless attitude to the victims. A bully only seems to be concerned about their well-being and how it effects them, not others. It seems as if one does not take into consideration of how it makes someone feel. Their hurtful words can be very powerful to someone who already has a low…
