Bully or Bystander?
Is it worse to be a bully or a bystander? One causes pain and sadness on purpose, while the other one allows it to happen. One is a product of choice, but the other is a product of consequence. An estimated one in five students in the US are either bullied or are a bully. There are no laws or legislation concerning bystanders. However, forty-eight states now have anti-bullying statues. Clearly, being a bully is much worse than being a bystander. There are many reasons students are bullied and it needs to be stopped!
