What Are the Causes of Bullying We all know that bullying is bad. It is a cause of depression and teen suicide. But have you ever wondered what was the cause of someone becoming a bully? Before we explain what causes bullying, we need know what bullying. Bullying is undesired and hostile behavior among children in school that involves a real or perceived power balance. This behavior has the potential to repeat over time. There are 4 types of bullying, physical bullying, verbal bullying, social bullying, and cyberbullying. Physical bullying includes making physical harm to the victim. Verbal bullying includes name calling, insults, teasing, homophobic and racist remarks, and verbal abuse. They separate themselves from their friends and family. Bullying can lead to different negative outcomes. People who are bullied feel depressed and are no longer interested in activities that they use to enjoy. They also experience mental health issues. It also decreases academic achievements. But we can help them. We let them know that they not alone that they have people who will support them. Bullying can cause people to feel bad about themselves but if we help the victims, then they will feel better about themselves.
There are a few solutions to making a bully stop bullying you or someone else. If you are being bullied, you tell them to stop, stay away from the situation, and tell an adult you can trust. If someone else is being bullied, you tell the bully to stop, tell an adult you can trust, and reach out to the victim. You might become friends with them. I think one way you can stop a bully is by talking about why he bullies other people. I think it might help give a reason why he/she bullies. You can probably help be better people and they might also become you
