These people crave to grow powerful and in control. Dictators control a country, as for bullies, control the school. Therefore, this is a comparison. There are some contrasts too between the pair.

Bullies and Dictators also apply violence to get their meaning across. They do so because they don't want their followers to express their opinion and argue back against them. Dictators may apply an enormous force of violence than bullies. Bullies may use a forceful punch. Both bullies and dictators tend to possess a crew. They sense protection when they have a crew. Without a crew, they wouldn't be as dominant. Also, as capable of maintaining the image they have built for themselves. They view themselves as the most dominant human out there. Dictators and bullies have a lot of character resemblance. Accordingly, the two fancy developing their own rules and empire. Those who obey their rules don't get harmed. Also, in a related behavior, the pair is crucial and strict. Believing that any action that denies their rules is wrongdoing.

Dictators are a more superior level of a bully. Dictators manage to control a wider group of people than bullies. However, dictators don't care about how tiny or large you are. On the other hand, bullies pick on the vulnerable. Bullies pick on the vulnerable because they want others to view them as powerful. Bullies and dictators have numerous similarities. Dictators and bullies are rulers who control by power. As they manipulate and intimidate people, according to Maitha Al Hashmi.
