Bullabra’s government is a family affair. A family is chosen to rule over the city. Men are the only ones allowed to rule and they are in charge of who rules after them. When the dictator is on his deathbed he can either choose to have one of his sons (if he has any sons) to rule over the land or choose a random civilian to rule over Bullabra. Relating back to the law of not being able to share water in case of poison, that is a big thing in the government. If one tries to purposely poison whom he knows is going to be dictator next then he shall be killed. The dictator of Bullabra is the main person who makes the laws of the city. If needed the police add onto these laws for harsher punishments. The dictator of Bullabra
