Many seem to think that just be going to the gym and performing several different exercises should do the trick. However, this isn't so. When at the gym or at your home working out, you must always stretch your muscles. Spending about 10-15 minutes stretching will significantly decrease your risk of muscle injuries. Stretches are also crucial for muscle to grow, so it's very important to stretch ever muscle before every workout.
