In the middle of eating lunch one day with my friend Marissa, she all the sudden jumped up and screamed. I asked what was wrong and she replied that “There was an ant in my soup! I could have swallowed it and got sick!” While there is a certain level of bug parts or “defects” in our food, there is rarely any chance that they will be seen your food. Defects in our food are ok. Some people think eating bug parts are gross, but it’s not hurting anyone, we have been eating the same foods for years so why stop now, and it would cost a too much money to try to make every food exempt of bug
