It is located on The Strip in Tuscaloosa, Al, but it was originally located on the corner of University Boulevard and Wallace Wade Avenue. Weaver moved the café about 10 years after his partnership with Baumhower ended. Buffalo Phil’s is the best place to go if you want high quality food for a low cost.
