EBR or Eric Buell Racing Motorcycles has begun its rebuilding of a motorcycle manufacturer specializing in sports bikes. Rebuilding is required because the original company, Buell Racing sold of its operations and assets to Harley Davidson who eventually rid themselves of the responsibility by filing bankruptcy. EBR is still in the process of starting over with businessman Bruce Belfer as the new CEO and Eric Buell, who is the former owner and founder of Buell Racing, as the company President. Belfer purchased the manufacturing assets of Buell Racing for $2.25 million during an auction in June of 2015 after the company was on the verge of shuting down in April (Barrett, 2015).
