Budget Accountability

The relation to all these causes of the problem, we face today, correlates to budget accountability and living within ones means, both personal and government. It is the inability to unify our diverse culture and support of all belief systems, to form a society that is self-sustaining, free to be innovative and creative embarking on ways to control self-preservation beyond realistic needs. Construction of a free social society, which possesses the humanitarian support, as well as, the accountability to contribute to the organization as a whole, would be the catalyst of uniting us once again. Further discussed by the governor, was in which this volunteer time could be at the soup lines or dog shelters, and picking up trash on the highway, to mention a few possibilities of counter receptive humanitarian and innovative management decisions benefiting society as a whole. A reciprocation for the relief one receives after loss of a job, less fortunate to work, or in transition with difficulties. Local businesses as well would have access to this force and they would show up to a central government funded building, daycare would be provided, as well as meals. Businesses or authorities can utilize this force at a reduced labor rate obtaining a competitive advantage, cutting their labor force budget with work specialization task orientated community efforts. Participants would have the opportunity for learning on the job training as well as growth providing a service to private or commercial government entities reflecting with feedback of the individuals. Furthermore, Skilled or laborer participants exposed to potential employers showing a desire for employment. The program would expect all the same things employers are looking for in general appearance. The strategic goal here is to provide basic needs in a humanitarian social environment, as well as, providing a creative and innovative resource for placing people back to work for the good of all Americans and a cost cutting opportunity for businesses and governing agencies ran by local businesses, Military and Federal Departments.
