Participants would have the opportunity for learning on the job training as well as growth providing a service to private or commercial government entities reflecting with feedback of the individuals. Furthermore, Skilled or laborer participants exposed to potential employers showing a desire for employment. The program would expect all the same things employers are looking for in general appearance.
