The client Buddy, a sixteen-year-old white male, he is slim, fair and he is very discreet. He has been in residential and foster homes for the past five years of his life. Originally, Buddy was detached from the family home for arson and other delinquent behaviors. Buddy is being released to the physical custody of his mother upon his release from the residential home. The client was referred for services from the county Department of Social Services. Buddy has been in several different foster and residential homes, after his last transition to a residential treatment center he received successful treatment within a structured setting. The services included, individual and group counseling, educational training, medical services and intensive staff supervision. Along with therapy, Buddy was enrolled in the residential school, and attends school regularly. Buddy seems as though he wants to change and live healthier, and he …show more content…

Client Objectives: The client seeks a stable home and family life, being more involved in family and community activities and continuing therapy and training for personal growth and knowledge.
Family Goals: Positively working together with the daily duties within the home, increase family activities, continue parental, educational and job training.
Family Objectives: Learn how to work together as a family without discouragement, plan family fun days, continue parental and family counseling, incorporate educational and job training.
Method
Treatment will include: Buddy, Tammy, Johnny, Lori, Vanessa, Billy and Annie. The listed required treatment will be utilized by the entire family. Services are provided at the local behavioral treatment center.
