I am interested of how you chose the religious diet for yourself because I also chose Buddhist diet to follow because it is easy to eat and it also has a good taste. Personally, I like your list of diet food that you had for your diet meal because it did not only provide you a lot of vitamins from vegetables, but it also gave you a good amount of protein from seeds and pasta for your hard working day. However, you should add tofu and soybean to your diet too because they are delicious and provide you a lot of protein, and they are also the common food in Buddhist diet. I also love how your family enjoy your tomato foods and how you and your family enjoy it together. However, you should try more vegetarian food from Buddhist and many other culture
