Bud Case Study

I will have a hard time talking/facing Bud because I will feel guilty for firing my closed friend. My friendship with Bud is at risk because he might be mad at me or be disappointed at my decision. I will loose my two decades worth of friendship.
I might feel even more stressed out after firing Bub. I will constantly thinking about him. How is Bud doing? Is he doing okay? All these questions will be running around my head. This will affect my ability to put my full attention toward my job.
I will be criticized by some of the employees, who disagree with my decision. The employees that think Bud should not be fired will lose their respect because I fired a veteran of the company. I will lose the employees’ trust and my decisions from now on will be viewed by them as unfair.

He doesn’t have to constantly worry about the company problem, and that means there will be less stress. Stress can trigger your health problem if it is too severe.
Bud can now spend a lot of time with his family. He can take his children to Disneyland, and spend time with his wife to make up all of the time when he is too busy to spend time with his family.
Bud now has time for self-interests and pick up a hobby or two because he is now free from working. He can travels to different countries, play instruments, etc… These hobbies will help him feel relax and enjoy his life better.
Not only can he spend time with his family, he now has more time to meet up with his friends. He can catch up with his friends and hang out with them, like watching football at his friend’s house, go out for drinks, etc… He can reuse his social skills again.

Negative
Bud will be unemployed and his family will suffer. Because Bud’s age is a little bit old, he will have a hard time finding a new job. His skill set is also old-fashioned and behind, so he will have a tough time competing with the younger/newer generation of
