Lava lamps are popular were liked by the public and they liked how they had different colors.The lava lamps were the most successful product of 1963 in America because many of them were sold in different variations of patterns and colors and also about 7 million lava lamps were sold since the year they had been launched to the public world.

Why did Edward Craven make the lava lamp?
First, Edward Craven made the now known as Lava lamp because he was inspired by a cocktail with an egg inside floating and he said he can make that but instead with chemicals and so Craven did not lie but kept his word. He did make a lava lamp nearly the same as the cocktail. Then he tried to make it look his best and he could to make it look like there was nice actual hot lava with chemicals inside a glass capsule. Second, Edward also act as a nice work of art for mainly the rich as a decorative lamp instead of a regular white/ yellowish light with a weird shape, so that”s another reason why he wanted to make it.
