Anyone who is entering into the workplace is required to be enrolled in a training exercise course to develop their skills on a job. The skills needed are taught or learned through experience hence why, having the opportunity to intern is a privilege; yes, everyone will have not the same experience but it will allow the intern to adapt to their new working environment and gain merely through hands on experience (Sweitzer & King, 2013). The intern’s role varies but inveterately their role in any company is to laisse with supervisor and other interns and staffs to fulfill the required task.
