Joshua Baden Weber, that’s me, and although it is not a unique name, there is great meaning behind it. There was much debate between my parents about what my name would be, my dad ultimately lost the argument. My dad’s choice was Baden Scott Weber, which was the one I wish they would have chosen. Almost everyday, I would get to class before him, and I would sit in hope that he would not show-up to class that day. Once the bell had rung, I would take a deep …show more content…
I do tend to focus more one wealth and gaining power than I do private lives or relationships. For example, to this point in my life, I have not had and still do not have a girlfriend. Furthermore, I also rarely go out with friends because I would rather not spend the money. On one occasion, in fact, I went with some friends to Menchie’s on Canton Center Rd.; they all bought food, but I refrained from getting anything because I did not want to spend the money. My friends definitely made fun of me for it, but I think that taking the abuse was better than spending money on something I did not need. In the end, I believe that I comply with the description of how someone with the name Baden should

In the early spring of 1781, Lord Charles Cornwallis led the British Army to the Guilford Courthouse to face the colonial militia and their general, Nathanael Greene. Greene knew of the British Army’s advancements and had set up three lines of defense to fight the British, whose army was under half the size and was weary from traveling.
