This chemical causes vomiting as the digestive track will be affected by this plant if not used properly. The plant is native to Europe and Northern Iran, however it has been introduced to America over the period of time, by travel, and trade. Once this plant takes root, they can be very aggressive in their life. For example, they can grow three vines at a time climbing upward, onto other plants and fences. They can grow so thick that it can block the sun and rain from the host. Because of these bellicose qualities, Bryonia isn’t endangered. Also, heavy precipitation can lead to the downfall of the host because of the extra weight.
