Taking good care of your teeth and gums will not only keep your smile looking beautiful, but it will also improve your oral health. Below is a list of dental hygiene tips from a general dentist:

Brushing twice a day will help prevent plaque and bacteria from accumulating on your teeth and gums. It is important to take your time and brush.
