Early childhood.
Peter Gene Hernandez, better Known as Bruno Mars, he is an American singer, songwriter, record producer, voice actor and choreographer. Before he became one of the best singes of this generation, he was a normal kid who was born and raised in Honolulu, Hawaii with an entire family of musicians. His father, Peter Hernandez, was a Latin percussionist from Brooklyn, and his mother, Bernadette San Pedro Bayot, was a singer.
Bruno Mars family performed in Waikiki beach with Las Vegas-Style music and some celebrity impersonations. Bruno grew up around entertainers, so he decided to pick up musical instruments. From early childhood, he has always been good with music. He knew how to play drums, piano, and guitar, and he learned how to play without training.
At the age of 4, he joined the family musical act. He decided to act like Elvis Presley. After he got experience with the act, he fell in love with performing, he decide to add Michael Jackson to his impersonation repertoire. When he got older, all the reporters from Hawaii wanted to interview him and every person that went to his family performance started to talk about him. That was the way he realized he had amazing talent.
Move to Los Angeles.
After he attended Roosevelt High School in Honolulu where he and some of his friends put together a band. He also got to perform classic hits with his family. After he graduated from High School, he decide to leave Hawaii and moved to Los Angeles,…
