Springsteen’s idealistic quote. I’ve known people who have worked hard all their lives at blue collar jobs. Jobs that are much more strenuous and exhausting than sitting behind a computer all day. Yet those people working labor are still struggling to support their families. Now of course it’s not like this for everyone. But I’ve seen enough of it happen to tell Mr. Springsteen he is wrong. The business world is just another example of why not everyone can win in life.
The last example I have to combat Mr. Springsteen’s statement is health issues. My dad works with a man who has had an awful time with his health. He has to go to a surgeon about every year and have an excess of growing tissue around his intestines removed. When he pays thousands of dollars each visit, the doctor continues to get richer, while this poor man has pains all the time. It’s unfair to say that my dad’s friend is winning, however the doctor making thousands a day is definitely winning. Once again, Mr. Springsteen is wrong.
Bruce Springsteen is incorrect when he states that, “nobody wins unless everybody wins.” Wrestling proves this, the business world proves this, and the health issues people have proves this. However, these examples are just the tip of the iceberg. It is just unrealistic to say everyone can win. Without losers, there wouldn't be
