The new income requirements hurts those who attempted to get childcare services, the childcare providers who need more children in their daycare, and the children. Bruce Rauner does not take any of that into consideration, he is only concerned about the money going back to the state and refuse to budge on his decision. The Democrat-legislation attempted to get Rauner to reconsider about the hasty cut, but with no success did their best in order to get Rauner to reconsider, now it is time to take action.
