Enhancing and forming the abilities and skills of this asset is a great concern the company must accomplished to be successful in achieving organizational goal and objectives. Conducting trainings is the most solution for this matter. Training for the betterment not only of the skill but also the employees’ characters and helping them to be at their most possible abilities. To achieve the Brunt Hotels’ objective which is to be successful in venturing hotels outside the UK, the management must train and prepare those selected managers that will be assign in managing the new hotels in the venture in France. This will help them to easily adjust in the new culture that they must adapt.

The United Kingdom company should hire France domestic workers to be mentors and trainers of cultural, interpersonal and communication to be able to adapt and acquire skills needed to communicate effectively with their customers. ii. It will be an investment to immediately open rebranded hotels by hiring broad number of staff for the new French hotels from French workers because France is a well-known tourist place for travel ardently, which prefers budget friendly accommodations. iii. Considering their worth, they should support and develop staff so that they reach their full potential. iv. Brunt Hotels should hire French people as their workers for them to save cost effectively and efficiently in securing service of individuals and to meet the deadline of opening the new ventures in France.
I hereby conclude that the Host Country Nationals should be the employees in the new venture hotel in France considering the decision of the organization to use ethnocentric approach in terms of management. Formulating an effective and efficient plan to operate successfully outside the country is the most necessary and vital for the Brunt Hotels.

The first 20 applicants who will have 80% or above passing grade will be selected and will proceed to the next method. (one hour)
Situational Analysis (from 20 applicants, 5 applicants will be eliminated) Time: 12:00 pm- 5:00pm
The independent consultant will form five situations which will be analyze by the applicants and give solution on how they will control the situations. The applicant will pick two situations and will be inspected on how they will control and give solutions about it. (10-15 minutes each organized by three panels)
Criteria of selecting the applicants: 50%– Right/appropriate approach to the situation, 30%– Critical thinking/defending/troubleshooting skills, 20%– Resourcefulness of using available resources totaling 100%
