Brothers BBQ was born out of a love and passion for BBQ. Chris and Nick O’Sullivan, two brothers originally from England, opened the doors of the first Brothers BBQ in February 1998 on the corner of Monaco and Leetsdale, but their love for BBQ started long before.
During their travels across the United States, the brothers stopped in every BBQ joint that they came across to sample the BBQ styles and culture within that region, thus deepening their admiration for the flavorful meats. Their desire to house all of the different tastes in one location was the genesis of Brothers BBQ.
Once their recipes were perfected, Nick and Chris opened their flagship location and have been a staple of the culinary scene of Denver ever
