British Airways mission statement is “One Destination seeks to ensure our customers fly confident that, together, we are acting responsibly to take care of the world we live”. This mission statement has significantly ensure that the British airways brand gain competitive advantage in the Global air transport. British Airways needs to set a number of measures and implement some strategies so as to achieve their goals and objectives. Key among others is to enhance customer’s confidence ensuring that they feel safe in their flights both in the ground and the air. They should involve all the stakeholders in regard to organizational decision making. Organizations usually run efficiently and smoothly when the interests of stakeholders

The first step is to inform all the stakeholders the reasons for considering the outlines changes. As stated above the changes provided and their corresponding results are made available to employees and the stakeholders. Logical explanations are provided regarding each change and this will give then an insight and reason to advocate for the changes. Explanation of the changes is made effective mainly through visuals as this will provide a vivid mental picture to the stakeholders (Ulla Eriksson-Zetterquist, 2011. Charts and other visuals are crucial in explaining the implementation of the underlying changes. This will allow both the customers and employees comprehend and het used to the new changes. A plan is made that will guide the stakeholders on how they will implement the changes to its destination. This involves definition of new roles that the change requires employees, stakeholders and customers to play. Finally, employees and customer feedback will be highly taken into account. An avenue that these feedbacks are to be channeled is established (Ulla Eriksson-Zetterquist, 2011. This is helpful in the evaluation processes of the new
